No.
PC cards usually is connected into PCMCIA Slots or PC Card Slots. Cingular Cards are basically for Wireless or other such connections. It does not go inside a PC.
If you have a PC Card Adapter then you can connect it into a PCI Slot within a computer and then connect the PC card to the back of the desktop using this adapter. In Laptops it always goes into PCMCIA or PC Card Slots.
