If a woman who is divorced hooks up with a new boyfriend that has...?

...acquired all the material possessions that the husband had/was striving towards, homes, financial independence, company owner, freedom to retire on company income, traveling, recognition in the industry for growing business, freedom of choices for time and many details that are extremely similar between the ex and the boyfriend - what does this say about the ex, the situation - keeping in mind the woman believes in selective choice of male companionship? The ex refuses to allow the ex-husband even close to the new boyfriend. She refuses to even talk to the ex-husband about issues with child, bars the ex-husband from her life completely, won't let the ex near her home even though he was welcomed there daily before the boyfriend for almost 3 years, ex-wife hid the relationship with the BF for months before it became public. She tries for custody twice - failed - within two months time - and then BF comes out of the woodwork.

If a woman who is divorced hooks up with a new boyfriend that has...?
It seems that the ex-wife knows what looks good on paper (she seems a bit superficial). It also seems that the ex-wife has some growing up to do in regard to this new relationship. Unfortunately for the child, he is caught in the middle. My suggestion would be to keep an open line of communication with the child. Talk to the ex-wife and tell her your concerns regarding the new boyfriend and if she doesn't listen, at least it is out there and she knows how you feel. Also, eventually the ex-husband and the new boyfriend will have to meet, some place at some time. It's sad that the ex-wife doesn't understand the dynamics of starting a new relationship and the heartache it can cause the child (who is a innocent bystander). She should have worked harder to ease the boyfriend into the child's life, not work so hard to keep the ex and boyfriend apart. Her priorities suck!

Reply:The Ford's have tow-hooks on the front as well. I'm not sure why the placement of the Chevy's is like that
Reply:Ford trucks have tow hooks on the front, as well as Chevy. Some trucks have tow hitches on the rear that have integrated tow hooks, which might be why the Ford you speak of has them in the rear.

The heated tailgate joke was pretty lame. It might have been funny if Fords actually had heated tailgates, but they don't.

Yes, I suppose that would be the category, if you had to say. Is this a question for class?

She is difficult to categorize, as she tows a fairly typical modern feminist line, but comes from a racial angle as well (as a black woman).

Most digital cameras use a usb cord, this depends on your own camera, usually it is a form of a miniusb to regular usb. Just bring it in to Best Buy and have them match the sizes up.

Has anyone ever used the Hercules hooks that they show on T.V.?

A friend of mine bought and used them. He threw them away a few weeks later. The problem was the small hole in the drywall became larger due to the constant weight pulling down on the hook. Don't believe the 150 pounds of weight Billy Mays tries to sell you.

Additional problems were the hooks are not able to go into plaster walls unless you drill a small hole. Then you might as well use nails.

The second problem is the hooks cannot go into studs. If you need to hang something heavy, say 150 pounds of weights, then you'd want to use a stud to support the weight.

Your best bet would be to use the hooks at a home improvement store (Lowes, etc.) to hang pictures and small shelves. But if Billy Mayes offers some Kaboom or Oxy Clean then maybe I'd buy the Hercules Hooks.

Has anyone ever used the Hercules hooks that they show on T.V.?

Have you tried the new Hercules Hooks, if so do you like them?

They are GREAT as long as you have drywall and you do not put them in where there is a stud.

It's the easiest device I've ever used for hanging. They do hold a lot of weight also.

Be sure however, they will support the item you're hanging by applying some extra downward pressure on the item before you let it go.

Good luck.

How many agree that the baited hooks being used near Acapulco to catch killer sharks are a good idea?

I think it's a great idea and should be used whenever there has been a shark attack, such as in So. Cal. just a few days ago. We don't need killer sharks cruising around beaches where families are recreating, and children are swimming. People have a right to be able to use the beach, and not have to worry about their legs being bitten off. Which has more value, a child or a shark?

How many agree that the baited hooks being used near Acapulco to catch killer sharks are a good idea?
I do......100% Get rid of the killer sharks. There has been nothing said about killing "every shark in the area." Nor has this ever happened. Typical enviro-fascist twisting of the intent and the truth. There has NEVER been a species made extinct or endangered by eliminating rogue killers. This goes for elephants, leopards, crocodiles.....and sharks. If there has been one, please name it. Why do greenies avoid the truth?

emiller1: So you are willing to sacrifice children to save rogue, killer sharks? Cool.

Adam: No animal has even been made extinct, or endangered by modern regulated hunting, as is practiced in this country. None. The passenger pigeon was slaughtered by unregulated market hunters. In fact some endangered species, such as the Wood Duck, have recovered during this time. So don't lecture me on the evils of hunting. If a few sharks are killed off of Acapulco, whether or not the killer is one of them, it is not going to endanger any species in any way. Maybe you ought to try to get past your liberal agenda, and start dealing with reality.

Girasole: Putting a murderer in prison for life will not totally prevent other murders from being commited. So, using your reasoning, should we just leave the murderers alone?
Reply:The ocean is the shark's natural habitat; it's not a controlled environment... when you venture into the ocean, you don't know what's out there. Catching the shark responsbible for a specific attack wouldn't eliminate the threat of attacks by other sharks... it would be impractical to annihilate a whole species and the consequences would be disastrous for the environment. I don't like sharks but they're part of the natural ecosystem and when a species is gone it throws everything off balance. The ocean is not a controlled environment, it never was meant to be a controlled environment. The best thing to do is use caution! There are beaches where the ocean is roped off to prevent sharks from entering and that is a good idea. Also, you shouldn't enter the ocean wearing anything metallic or sparkly, if you are bleeding at all (sharks have an excellent sense of smell), and sharks are most commonly seen at dawn or dusk. I think the best thing to do is to read as much as possible regarding shark attacks and how to protect yourself from them.
Reply:Definitely not.

Sharks are heading towards extinction as it is.

emiller is absolutely right that you're not going to be able to kill the one that did the biting.

Its not so much about value of life as right to exist and what has the most right to exist in the ocean, the shark or the child?

The child always has options if it wants pleasure (from nt swimming to using shark barriers to create safe swim areas); the shark has no options.

As for Rickoshay's rather uneducated response:

IF we just killed the "rogue" killers, you would be right but as emiller points out, baited hooks are not guaranteed to JUST kill the killers - you'll kill a lot of others (including other endangered species); it's the typical heavy-handed and indiscriminate slaughter that the human race so often falls into that is the problem.

And of course we can't name a single animal that was made extinct by only killing rogue killers because humans have never only killed rogue killers - we kill the lot! Your question seems deliberately obtuse to confuse the issue.

Once you accept that we would kill "innocent" sharks as well as (or if!) the killers, then the question makes sense and becomes "name one animal that humans have hunted to extinction" of which there are a disturbingly high number from the famous (dodo, passenger pigeon, mammoth) to the not so famous (javan rhinoceros, river dolphin, cave lion, wolves and bears throughout Europe, tasmanian tiger, quagga, caspian tiger, stellers sea cow, irish deer, etc) including many species of shark (great white in the Med, angel sharks in the north sea, etc)
Reply:the biggest problem that the world faces today is overpopulation

If We keep eliminating all the culling factors of humanity

,the populations eventually will explode.

At best the end result could well be . sickness ,plagues mass riots fighting over food and water.

At worst an overall Nuclear war

,

Wars have always been the result when people were getting to crowded

Is this what you prefer ???????????????????

So in the light of this the shark has far more value ,as a natural governing factor ,culling the idiots who go swimming in shark infested water ,leaving humanity with the more intelligent ones.

To sanctify the killing of all shark species as one likes because one has bitten somebody, is like equating Bush with all Americans,or is that true perhaps ?????

WE should try to imagine sometime ,that we are all earthlings

even people ,and we all have the same right to this planet ,

so who is in fact invading who????

Somewhere along the line a sado masochistic death cult came along and changed the deal saying, Humans are the sole owners of this planet ,and we are the only ones who can multiply our selves into .....into what ????

Plague

Virus or invasive specie and ALL else must make way before Us., handing over their space, food ,home and perishing in the process

I think the shark fishing near Acapulco is a tourist event ,not a shark holocaust
Reply:I think you are ignorant and people like you are the reason why we have so many endangered or extinct animals.

Very few people are every attacked by sharks and even fewer are killed. Killing every shark in the area because 1 person got bitten is stupid. Anytime you go into a place where its not your natural habitat you run the risk of running into something that does live there.

Rick - Really thats whats been done in the past. By the time you get there the shark that did it is probably long gone. If you fall off a horse while riding should we shoot that too? Maybe we can just bubble wrap you and give you a helmet so you wont get hurt if you fall down too.
Reply:Beaches are not swimming pools. They are a NATURAL environment. Whenever you CHOOSE to be in a natural setting, you are taking some inherent risks...in this case, the highly rare risk of getting bitten by a shark. If someone fears it so much, just stay out of the water.

Also, baited hooks like that do not focus on the supposedly "rogue" "man-eating" shark. They catch many sharks which had nothing to do with the attack.
Reply:Can we use you as bait?

An arrogant human you are! It's their ocean and YOU are a visitor. It's that simple.

Sharks are part of the planet, ocean, and ecosystem. They only become an issue when people get in the way. When a person goes into a fellow animal's dining area, the person needs to become accountable for his/her own actions and assume the risks taken.

The same issue occurs when people or pets get nabbed by mountain lions. The cat pays for the stupid human decision to live on their territory.

I like sharks, I've been swimming, diving, kayaking, and sailing in their ocean for over 43 years. Dad was a Navy diver who taught me to swim in the ocean before I could walk. I've had plenty of up close encounters. It's usually the dumb-*** human that's at fault.
Reply:i think that your a joke so is the di*k who answwer before me rick...how can you kill any animal who lives in its natural habitat and that you and other people endanger as you are stupid and silly how can you kill any animal for doing what it naturaly does .. they belong in this world too not just us, and when your swimming in there habitat they run the risk of getting bitten...so deal with it..
Reply:Ok. So, I see there's somewhat of a debate going on with this question. I don't know too much about endangered species, and all this animal stuff, like everyone else who seems to be answering this question, however, reading these answers clearly tells me that humans are so very ignorant when it comes to their own species. For example, calling each other names, just because you gave your opinion on something, seriously people, some respect. I'm sure if the debate was to stay in a clear very well voiced conversation we could come up with a solution.

Yes! It’s true; the water is a shark’s natural habitat, so, how dare we try to kill them for something we knew might happen if we were to enter their “natural habitat” regardless of how close it was to shore or not, water is water. Now, we have to think about everything. Those of you who are agreeing with this action must think about how you would feel if someone just came into your home and shot you because of something you did and they did not like, as for those who oppose to this, how would you feel if this had occur to one of your family members, regardless of what you may say, I strongly believe you would have somewhat of a different opinion on this matter. It's simple really; a lot of it has to do with wearing the other person's shoes. Now, I’m not trying to play the middle person, but just trying to remind everyone, that with some reasoning one way or another we can find a solution, as oppose to just keep fighting and wasting time.

Human life is very precious, especially those of my loved ones, however, to be honest I wouldn’t put some people’s live in front of one of those creatures. We have some human sharks out there too.

Is it OK to tack picture hooks onto a plastered wall?

I want to put a few pictures up in the bedroom on the outside wall but am not good with the power tools... My OH says that it must be drilled and pluged first but I know he wont get round to doing it.

Would it really be that bad to just tack a few nails in the wall to hang them on? i'm not worried about the plaster cracking but just want to make sure the pictures stay up.

Is it OK to tack picture hooks onto a plastered wall?
Yes, you can put hooks into the plaster. Just to make it a little more secure take two pieces of masking tape and make an X - put the hook in the center of the X. It will help prevent the wall from cracking and give a little more support to the hook. You need to judge the weight of your pictures because the heavier the picture/frame, the larger the hook you need.
Reply:The weight of the picture plus the frame will pull it self from the wall.

If there is any weight you will need to put in anchors to hold it up.

Good Luck
Reply:The OH is right on the outside wall.

On a plaster board wall is fine just angle your nails slightly upwards and be careful they will get loose if pictures are moved often or to heavy
Reply:LISTEN TO THIS PLEASE I TRIED ORDINARY NAILS NO GOOD USE MASONARY NAILS SMALL ONES THATS WHAT THE LANDLORD TOLD ME TO DO AFTER HE HAD TO RE PLASTER THE WALL ORDINARY NAILS SEEM TO CRACK THE P[LASTER WHERE AS MASONARY NAILS ARE HARD AND TOUGH AND GO STRAIGHT THROUGH THE PLASTER WITHOUT CRACKING IT
Reply:3M makes these self stick hooks. They come in all sizes for different weights. I buy them and they are great. Just make sure you let them set for the time they say. They have a small pull tab on them. If you decide to remove them you pull the small tab and it actually peels off of the wall leaving the paint in tact. It's great. I rented a brand new condo and when we left there wasn't one spot on the walls. And they are reusable too. You buy the refills for them. I hang my robe and coats from them. I've hung pics and stucco decor off of them too. And now I see they have a super strength one that is silver. Haven't tried that yet but probably will. Good luck. Hope this helps.
Reply:if you hav plaster walls you have "picture moulding" where the crown mould should be or just below it...it has a small gap between it and the ceiling...that is for the hooks, use piano wire to attach to your pictures...it is a sin to put nails in plaster walls and the god of plaster will get you for it (not to mention that driving nails or tacks into plaster compromises its integrity and you will have huge cracks in the wall before too long)
Reply:There is a real good chance it will crack the plaster. I would drill small holes and insert plastic anchors and screws. Then if you later decide to take the pictures down you can easily patch it. That is one of the most important things I tell my tenants to do.
Reply:I live in a very old Spanish house, when I tack nails in the plaster falls off, so I don't do it.

You could try what I do:

Get a 4 inch nail and whack the bugger into the wall :o)

It works a treat and the plaster don't fall off as bad.

Hmmm or try NO Nails...that's good too.
Reply:Yes, go ahead, but don't knock them in too far.
Reply:for plaster, your OH is correct. do you know anyone else that would do it for you? you don't want to destroy beautiful plaster, it is so hard to find a plasterer now!

another idea, depending on the weight of the pictures, is to get picture hangers at a hardware store that are for plaster walls, not drywall. ask the clerk.

if you have true "picture hangers," which are slats of wood that are below your ceiling, but run around the walls of the room, what you do in that case is use a strong, invisible wire. you just put a thin nail inside of the plaster, against the wooden casement where you can't see it, and use the see-through wire (a good, long length of it), threading it through the wire on the back of the picture or though the hole in the frame, making it into an angled shape, therefore hanging the picture on the wall.

picture hangers on walls look something like "chair rails" on victorian plaster walls. they were put there so that the backs of chairs would not damage the plaster walls.
Reply:I bought some of those "Hercules Hooks" you see on TV, and they work great. Try those.
Reply:I do but you are better off with picture hooks the little nails are thinner and do no damage
Reply:If they are not too heavy shouldn,t be a problem

but ideally you should drill %26amp; plug
Reply:I agree with the answer from modeller, but don't forget the electrics, if you have a socket/plug, the wires if installed correctly, will go vertical from the socket, steer clear unless your hair looks nice as an affro
Reply:Use masonry nails, then they will go into the brick as well. Inch to inch and a half should do it.
Reply:You will NOT crack the plaster if you use small masonry nails.Better still, buy some picture hooks. They provide hardened nails with the hooks. Perfectly satisfactory to hammer into a plaster wall.
Reply:You can buy hooks and tacks ,and the tacks will tap into the wall with a light hammer

Pugwash

Can anybody tell me what captain HOOKS name was before he lost his hand???
In the original novel it HINTS at who he is.

It claims he was the only one Barbecue was afraid of, and Barbecue was the only one Morgan was afraid of. This is a reference to Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island" - Barbecue was a nickname for Long John Silver, who was (at times) ship's cook. This, however, is a red herring.

Hook's first name was James, which he signed "Jas". It also states that his true identity, if it were revealed, "would cause a scandal, even today" because he was someone high up in society at one stage.

From this the reader can guess James Cook (so-called discoverer of Australia - yep, right where all the accounts said it was (don't get me started)) - it is easy to imagine when he loses a hand a gets a hook he picks up the nickname "Hook" which he is later known by.

This can only be guessed, as nothing more is said of his identity, and it was a fictional character after all.

I got a RAZR and it hooks up to my USB cord that I use for my camera and MP3 player.?
No. The RAZR can't play music unless you have the V3m or V3i.

Even then, no phones AT ALL can transfer music from Musicmatch and only the ROKR E1, SLVR L7, and the RAZR V3i can use iTunes to sync.

If you shop around you can find pear shaped biners instead of D shaped.

Again, not cheap, but if you have pawn shops near you maybe you will find some there.

The steel ones resist being worn by the rope much better than the aluminum ones do.

What's the best or better hooks sizes (or numbers) to use on small/largemouth bass?

Going to a lake in Western of Maryland.

What's the best or better hooks sizes (or numbers) to use on small/largemouth bass?
That really depends on the size of the bait or lure you are using. There is no best hook all around for either species. The best hook sizes would be anywhere from 1/0 - 5/0, again, depending on your lure or bait.

Here's a link that discusses hook sizes to bait sizes. Good luck catchin'.

Reply:Let the bait dictate the hook size. Smallmouth seem to take smaller baits so I go with 1/0-2/0. Largemouth 1/0-5/0.

In the book gossip girl, jenny hooks up with leo will she go back with him before she does the it girl.?
Here's what happens. Leo operates a microwave oven with the door missing, so his head explodes. That makes jenny give up on him and decide to marry R6774.ao9, who is an assasin robot from the 78th dimensional interface. They have kids who come out as supercompetent hybrid biological/machine hybrids so jenny and R6774.ao9 open a little appliance shop in Charleston selling their offspring. Hope that clears things up!

Where does the phrase on tender hooks come from?

Really uncomfortable. Luckily the expression is figurative, or people would be walking around with a lot of little holes in them.

A tenter is a frame on which cloth is stretched during manufacture, so that it may dry evenly. The frame is outfitted with sharp hooks or bent nails that hold the cloth stretched. These hooks, you will not be surprised to learn, are called tenterhooks.

Cloth-stretching being outside of most people's range of experience these days, tenterhook is rarely found except in the figurative expression on tenterhooks, meaning 'in a state of uneasy suspense or painful anxiety'.

Tenterhooks is used in similar figurative expressions from the sixteenth century onwards: Sir Thomas More and Byron both used the word meaning 'something that causes painful anxiety', and the fuller expression to stretch on tenterhooks 'to strain beyond a normal limit' was in use until the nineteenth century. The bare form on tenterhooks itself is first recorded in the mid-eighteenth century, in Smollett: "I left him upon the tenterhooks of impatient uncertainty" (Roderick Random).

Where does the phrase on tender hooks come from?
The phrase you are thinking of is actually "on tenter hooks". A tenter hook is used for hanging flesh/meat. This same hook was often used in medieval times as a means of torture. A person was put on tenter hooks and left there to hang.
Reply:It's 'tenter', love.

Relax, you haven't made a 'wally' of yourself. Anyway we're just a bunch of strangers. Have a good one!
Reply:a "tenterhook" is a hook used to fasten cloth on a tenter.

A tenter is a framework on which fabric can be held taut for drying or other treatment.
Reply:Don't you mean "tenter" hooks? Not tender, because that word means something else entirely.

In answer to your question;

In the process of clothmaking called "fulling", fuller's earth was used; this is a soft earthy material occurring in nature. The cloth might also be washed. After washing, to prevent shrinkage and wrinkling, the cloth would be stretched on great frames known as tenters and held onto those frames by tenterhooks. It is from this process that we derive the phrase being on tenterhooks as meaning to be held in suspense.
Reply:real soft tackle box
Reply:Non-shrink fabrics made tenters pretty much obsolete years ago but the word persists in the compound "tenterhooks," itself rarely used outside the phrase "to be on tenterhooks" (as opposed to tender hooks, which hold nothing). You may use this noun as a verb: to tenter material is to stretch it out on a frame.

Today's word comes Latin tentorium "shelter made of stretched skins," from tendere "to stretch," also the origin of "tent." The original Proto-Indo-European root was *ten- "to stretch" and it came to English through its proto-Germanic ancestors as "thin," the state animal products reach when stretched. The Latin word, "tendere," also gave us "tender," "extend," and other words originally implying a stretch. "Tetanus" comes from the Greek variant in tetanus "stiff, rigid," another state arrived at by stretching. The same root turns up twice in Sanskrit, both as tasaram "shuttle" and tantram "loom," where shuttles are used. In Persian the [n] was lost to produce tar "string," which underlies Hindi "sitar." (We hurried today's word out since Kathleen Lamantia was on tenterhooks to find out what this word is all about.)
Reply:It's tenter hooks actually.

It comes from one of the processes of making woollen cloth. After it had been woven, the cloth still contained oil from the fleece, mixed with dirt. It was cleaned in a fulling mill, but then it had to be dried carefully or it would shrink and crease. So the lengths of wet cloth were stretched on wooden frames, and left out in the open for some time. This allowed them to dry and straightened their weave. These frames were the tenters, and the tenter hooks were the metal hooks used to fix the cloth to the frame. At one time, it would have been common in manufacturing areas to see fields full of these frames (older English maps sometimes marked an area as a tenter-field). So it was not a huge leap of the imagination to think of somebody on tenterhooks as being in an state of anxious suspense, stretched like the cloth on the tenter. The tenters have gone, but the meaning has survived.

Why does trying to hit low hooks keep me from shanking? Better yet, why have I a 7 hdcp had trouble shanking?

If you try to hit low punch shots, there is a risk of you shanking it because you have all the weight on your left foot. Shanks come from taking the club outside the line and looking up causing the shank. Try to take the club in towards your body and not out and stay down on the ball.

Why dont pro boxers throw right hooks very often?

Because it leaves you open to a quick smack in the face

Why dont pro boxers throw right hooks very often?
Because, in order to do that, you have to pull your right arm back to begin the swing, this exposes you for a quick jab in the face.

Also after you punch, you are leaning forward and off balance. so if you miss landing it, you are also vulnerable.

Helpful?

EDIT - BRENT F, I stand corrected. My first hand experience was primarily school yard fighting as a kid rather then professional boxing. Thanks for the info.
Reply:Why not ask a boxer? - I hate boxing and cannot think of anything more stupid than people paying to watch other people bashing away at each other.
Reply:cos they are crap, they are really awkward to do (for right handed people) cos its difficult to put your bodyweight behind the motion to get power from the back foot - hard to explain. Just stand in right handed stance and try it yourself...
Reply:Boxer's fighting from the orthodox stance don't throw right hooks too often from the outside because it leaves them exposed for a counter left or counter left hook. Takes to long for the punch to get there from the outside. When a fighter gets on the inside it is a different story. You need to throw the right hook because you don't have the space, as you would from the outside to throw a straight right and still have power and snap on the punch.

addition - a little tidbit of info for caffeine_ fiend: you never pull back or wind up on any punch. They are thrown and originate from the shoulder, punches should be thrown with no wasted motion. You can deliver the punch with power doing this as long as the technique is right. the power and snap on your punches really originates from your feet and legs.
Reply:They try to save that for the k.o. punch, as the right arm is generally the strongest.
Reply:pro boxers dont throw single rights often because the punch is always set up by a jab or fake jab first. the jab and foot movement close the gap so then you can throw a right hook throwing a single right hook is easily read and leaves you wide open for counter punches. .
Reply:they save the best 'til last!
Reply:It takes to long to get there is the simple answer.

Why throw a hook when a straight right has as much power or more and gets there faster? The right hook is okay when you are inside and you need that angle to land the punch. Maybe his hands are in a defensive position and its the only way to hit an opening. Right hooks should only be thrown on the inside and even then not that often. Chavez would throw a good right hook on the inside.

What are your favorite political hooks, or catch phrases, and do you agree with them?

How many times do you think a Clinton has said the phrase "solutions business" in the last three days? That is one of their new catch-phrases used to attack Obama.

"Obama's in the speech business, I'm in the solutions business" ... "Hillary's in the solutions business..."

Nothing wrong with that, every candidate has their catch phrases, like McCain's "Straight Talk Express" and Obama's "Change we can believe in."

What are your favorite political hooks, or catch phrases, and do you agree with them?
Umm, you're the one that tried to sound so fair with your question about stopping the bashing, but I noticed that in that one you left out Hillary, and in this you are bashing her.

I don't find Obama riding on the back of Camelot so inspiring, it is about as near to plagiarism as it gets.

All of the slogans are boring, and no one has an up on the other.

Let's see: ' A chicken in every pot', 'A dinner in every pail'. 'He kept us out of the war', 'Get out and Push'............. Those were the good old days.
Reply:"Washington is broken" - Mitt Romney

This was my favorite because I believe it is a true statement. It's too bad we won't be able to fix it because McCain, Obama, and Hillary are current Senators and Washington insiders. All senators do is sit on panels and vote on issues. I wish we could vote for a governor who actually has experience running a form of government and has expeirience working with both parties to create policies.

That could be a hook into functionality.

Should I be wary if my boyfriend talks to a girl(who hooks up with all his friends), then trys hides it?

He texts her quite frequently. Just the other night he told me he was going to hang out with the guys, then he got a text from her asking him if we was gonna go hang out with her afterall that night. I had no idea that he had her number until he went over his text messages(he never texts me), so I checked the bill and he texts her SOOO much. I don't think that they have done anything YET, but I am not sure if I should even stick around to find out. This girl has hooked up with at least 2 of his friends already. When I am around her, she is flirty with him, and asks mean to me. I am so lost on what to do. He is the type of guy who has a lot of girl friends, and I don't want to tell him he can't talk to all girls, but this is not the first girl that he has hid from me. I tell him to communicate with me about it and I won't be so upset, but for some reason he feels he must hide it from me. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Am I wrong for feeling that there is something going on here? I need help!

Should I be wary if my boyfriend talks to a girl(who hooks up with all his friends), then trys hides it?
Well...you should be worried! Anytime someone feels the need to hide something from someone else, well there is a problem.

If he texts her frequently and stuff like that then there might be some sort of admiration he doesn't want you to know about. But the most disturbing thing you pointed out was the fact that this isn't the frist time! You know the saying, 1st time shame on him, 2nd time shame on you. Don't play your own fool.

But before you jump the gun, talk to him. Who is this girl to him? How long have they known each other? Were you there before her or not? Those are things to consider. They could have a genuine friendship, but if you don't inquire info then you'll never know.

I know it's hard, I've been on both ends of this situation. If you want to go more in depth then e-mail me!
Reply:i wouldnt stick around to find out... i'd get out while i still could. if you've talked to him about it and its still an issue, then he has no respect for you.
