Who would win: an octopus with hooks on its tentacles or a dolphin with a jetpack?
Neither. The octopus would entangle itself with the hooks and rip itself apart trying to free itself, and the dolphin would probably asphyxiate from water being forced into its breathing passage at a high rate. They are mammals, not fish.
