I mean, if he wants to keep in contact with her, even see her, does this mean that he has feelings for her? I have noticed with guys that if they have a kiss or more with a girl they usually either end it and move on, like dont contact at all or alternatively, realise they have feelings and keep in contact. What do you think?

No, guys can manipulate girls a lot easier than that. They could just use them for sex and such. You are too simple minded if you think what you said is all there is to it.
