Reply:There is nothing that hooks the wii and DS together because there doesnt need to be. The Wii and DS are both capable of sending out wireless signals.
There are games with Wii and DS functionality like Pokemon Battle Revolution where you can import your Pokemon from Diamond and Pearl DS. Geometry Wars Galaxy also offers DS - Wii play. If you own the game for DS and Wii you can team up together and play some sort of co-op.
