I have an S Video cable and it hooks into my TV and computer, but how do I make it work?

I did see my background flicker when I enabled it, and it came up on the tv for a few seconds, but then it went away. I have no idea how to make this work!

You have to enable TV out in your display settings in control panel.
Reply:Don't you have the original driver software that came with the video card? Now is the time to install the appropriate programs.that you require to watch TV, etc.
Reply:You need to enable the display to S-Video. To do this, usually there is a short cut key on your keyboard (try Fn + F7) and this should enable it. in case this does not work for you, follow these steps

1. Minimize all windows (this can be done by clicking the show desktop button in your windows Task bar, and or pressing the Windows key + D)

2. Now right click on an empty area of the desktop and select properties

3. Goto Display settings and you will see that two displays are coming, you can now make the settings, to have both the displays work or only one work.
