Reply:I was just looking through Cabela's specialized salmon and steelhead catalog and they did not have any pre-looped spawn hooks. Lots of hooks etc, but nothing pre-rigged for that. Sorry. The only thing I can think of would be to perhaps google it and see what sites appear.
