Why do they swing the Ford by the tow hooks in the commercial?

Because they get towed all the time... something has to work on 'em.

I find it hard to believe that commercial is an 'actual demonstration.'

(: hehe.

Why do they swing the Ford by the tow hooks in the commercial?
Because Ford couldn't afford a good ad agency to do their commercials.
Reply:It's to test how much force and wieght a tow hook can take, they swing it and measure the time and gravity it's physics. You don't want a tow hook that breaks after like two swings right? so they test how long it can go
Reply:as a mechanic, its not fake.fact is any company/truck maker could do the same thing.its just that ford did it first.its to show how strong their towing capabilities are and how strong the chassis is.that's all though.
Reply:me too
