videos from camcorder to disc via the computer??
The cord looks to be similar, so I was going to try it, but I wanted to see if anyone else has done it with success.
Can you take a cord that hooks a digital camera to computer and hook it into a camcorder to transfer?
No you need a firewire connection to connect your video camera to your PC. Digital cameras can download via a USB cord but video camera's need a firewire connection, it's a dv cord. look on your video camera for a small slot that says dv on it.

Reply:yes any of it can be done if you have the right cords. You can put vhs to cd, or playstation games or disc to vhs. I have done them all with the right equipment.
